Fertilizer
At McPheeters Turf, we use a formulated blend of fertilizer on our turf fields.  We make this fertilizer available to you in five varieties, color coded for your convenience.

Blue 20-10-10-5 w/50% slow
A slow-release fertilizer good for most lawns that already have a good green color.

Red 20-10-10-4-2 w/50% slow
Also a slow-release fertilizer like the blue, but contains iron to give the grass a rich green color.

Yellow
20-10-10-5-2
An immediate release fertilizer with iron.  The yellow is good for those lawns that have missed a fertilization and are in immediate need of nutrients.

Green  30-3-6 2FE
Functions better in the heat.  Starts slow but carries longer.  Amount needed per application is less.  Will remain in the root zone longer.  Holds the green color longer.

Pink
16-16-16-7
A pre-plant fertilizer if you wish to seed your lawn.  Also a good fertilizer for trees and shrubs.
Bark

We have two types of bark mulches available to
pick up at the farm.

Hemlock Bark Mulch
Fir Beauty Bark Mulch
